Had a pleasant stay but would prefer it to be a non smoking hotel. Carpets in the room a not very clean. Staff are amazing.

The hotel is very well maintained and clean, reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful, many thanks to 陳開芯 helping us to solve transportation issues.
The hotel is also very well located with lovely night view of colorful river.

The heating was broken in the middle of winter. I called the front desk 4 times and the front desk asked the engineering department to fix it but it still didn't fix it. The air conditioner was fixed but the heater still didn't work. Finally, they gave me a heater 😂. I could have changed the room
