酒店真的極差 與圖片不符，定了兩間，環境問題一直睡不好覺，找攜程投訴處理 提交退款，因為酒店失誤同意了一間的退款，在早上5點多又打電話又敲門，説我白*，多事，一句安慰抱歉的話也沒有 就想討回他們的房費，本來開開心心出遊搞得很不愉快，攜程處理態度倒是很好，好評

服務態度很好，酒店很衞生，很温馨。床很大，很舒服，睡着很舒適。衞生很乾凈。前台很熱情，發現問題打電話給前台處理效率也很快。因為高鐵延遲退房，酒店也幫我們免費同意了。總的來説酒店非常好下次有需要還會再來。
