非常新的公寓，乾淨，裝修和傢俬擺放非常合理，例如兩張雙人床兩側皆有插座和床頭櫃。 衛生不錯，洗澡間去水很快，不會堵。 公寓位置也不錯，走去老街不算遠，樓下就有很多早餐店，因為包車接送，別的地方方不方便不太清楚。 唯一較不方便是，洗手間開燈的話，家人在床上想休息會較麻煩，因為房間會太亮，如洗手間的玻璃面向床那邊可以換一個較遮光的窗簾會更好。 因為價錢便宜，所以性價比非常高，如再去玩，會再訂的。

房間還算乾淨，主要圖它離人民醫院近，樓下吃的有幾間，交通方便，目前停車方便，還有幾層樓好像還沒裝修，三更半夜會有大車到樓下卸貨，挺吵，還有不好的一點就是房東不會主動添加客人微信，需要自己主動聯繫房東。
