All their staff are polite and helpful. They give the extra mile to help the customer from overseas, specially to 懿媛 and 朵儿. Her team help to book and paid for the taxis .
One thing I like about this hotel is the free night snack and laundry for thieir customers.
May need to build a covered drop out point at thr carpark area ( side gate)

We are a big group of family with 10 persons and stay in Meizhou 3 nights. All of us are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. I'm not able to speak Chinese well, but the receptionist, the cleaner, the chef are taking care us whole heartedly. Hotel provided us free laundry service and late night congee/meals for FREE!! Will come back here again in the future!!

The room environment and bedding are good, and there is a wireless charging device on the bedside table, which is very detailed. The staff is also very warm and thoughtful. The hotel's restaurant "Jiayan Restaurant" is delicious. I recommend trying it. I stayed in many homestays and hotels during this trip to Chaoshan and Meizhou, both luxurious and ordinary. I am most satisfied with Atour, which has the best cost-effectiveness overall.
