All their staff are polite and helpful. They give the extra mile to help the customer from overseas, specially to 懿媛 and 朵儿. Her team help to book and paid for the taxis . One thing I like about this hotel is the free night snack and laundry for thieir customers. May need to build a covered drop out point at thr carpark area ( side gate)

We are a big group of family with 10 persons and stay in Meizhou 3 nights. All of us are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. I'm not able to speak Chinese well, but the receptionist, the cleaner, the chef are taking care us whole heartedly. Hotel provided us free laundry service and late night congee/meals for FREE!! Will come back here again in the future!!

It was a pleasure staying here, apart from the strategic location it is also close to where our family lives. For extraordinary room service, friendly staff and laundry staff are also the best. Laundry clothes are delivered and it's free. Breakfast is also very good. The room is clean and tidy, the menu also suits our tastes, especially the best noodles. Overall this hotel is the best. Maybe the shortage is in the bed and sleeping pillow. Because it's not soft enough and I don't like the color choice of bed cover (off white), it gives the impression of being a bit dirty. My suggestion is that if possible, the pillow should be double and soft. The mattress is also thick and soft like the mattress at the Liyue Hotel😍. For the best overall. Next my family and I will stay here. This is a recommendation for others. Tq

The room is very new and the environment is good. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Drinks and cookies in the mini bar are free. Breakfast is very rich. The hotel is in the old town, and parking is relatively convenient. There are many restaurants around where locals eat, and the food is delicious. Will stay again if I have the chance.
