All their staff are polite and helpful. They give the extra mile to help the customer from overseas, specially to 懿媛 and 朵儿. Her team help to book and paid for the taxis .
One thing I like about this hotel is the free night snack and laundry for thieir customers.
May need to build a covered drop out point at thr carpark area ( side gate)

We are a big group of family with 10 persons and stay in Meizhou 3 nights. All of us are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. I'm not able to speak Chinese well, but the receptionist, the cleaner, the chef are taking care us whole heartedly. Hotel provided us free laundry service and late night congee/meals for FREE!! Will come back here again in the future!!

Senang sekali menginap disini, selain lokasinya strategis juga dekat dengan tempat tinggal family kami. Untuk pelayanan kamar luar biasa, staf ramah dan staf loundry juga the best. Baju loundry diantar jemput dan itu gratis/free. Untuk breakfast juga sangat baik. Ruangan bersih dan rapi, menu juga pas dengan selera kita, terutama untuk mie nya the best.secara keseluruhan hotel ini terbaik. Mungkin kekurangan ada di tempat tidur dan bantal tidur. Karena kurang empuk dan bed cover pilihan warnanya juga saya ngak suka (off white) berkesan agak kotor. Saran saya kalau bisa bantal mesti double dan empuk. Kasur juga kalau bisa tebal dan empuk seperti kasur di liyue hotel😍. Untuk keseluruhan the best. Next saya dan keluarga akan nginep disini. Ini recomend utk yg lain. Tq
