The room is very spacious. I booked two rooms, but I got three bedrooms. The room is very clean and well-equipped. But if you want to cook, the kitchen may not be fully equipped.
The bed sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases are all new and very comfortable. The house is in a busy downtown area, across from Wanda Plaza, and there are many restaurants on the street, many choices.

As a homestay, the room is spacious and clean. The biggest advantage is that it is only a 3-minute walk from Wanda Plaza, and dining and shopping are quite convenient. For this, it can be scored 5+.

Parking may be a little bit of a problem, and you need to find a location in the parking lot that does not affect traffic. Parking in the underground garage will also incur a little bit of small to almost negligible fees.

Very annoying, it was converted from an old office, and the slogans on the wall were not removed in time. The bed was very hard and made strange noises when turning over. The bathroom was small and airtight, which would make people feel stuffy in summer. The sink was leaking, so I washed my hands on the top and my feet on the bottom! Although it was cleaned, the paper towels left under the bed by the previous guest were still there. Hey, anyway, I don't know where the good reviews came from?
