這家民宿的位置簡直無可挑剔！位於市中心繁華地帶，下樓就是熱鬧的商業街，餐廳、咖啡館、商場應有盡有，夜晚霓虹閃爍，氛圍感拉滿。
交通更是便利到爆，公交線路四通八達，去客天下客家小鎮衹要10分鐘，去泮坑也超近，完全不用擔心路程耽誤時間。房東還貼心地準備了周邊遊玩指南，吃喝玩樂一應俱全。下次來一定還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦給喜歡便捷和熱鬧的朋友！

房間非常寬敞，我訂了兩房，結果給我的是三個卧室。房間非常清潔，設施齊全。但如果要開伙做飯的話，可能廚房鍋碗瓢盆不太齊備。
床單被套枕套都是新換的，也很舒服。房子在繁華的鬧市，出去對面就是萬達廣場，街邊也有很多飲食店，很多選擇。
要是兩個衞生間都是坐廁就更好了。

作為民宿，房間很寬敞也很乾凈，最大的優點是離萬達廣場步行僅需3分鐘，餐飲購物相當方便。為此可以得一個5分+。
房東限制的30度用電額度基本夠了。
停車也許會有一點點小問題，需要在停車場裏找一個不影響通行的位置。在地下車庫停車也會產生一點點微小到幾乎可以忽略不計的費用。
公寓大同小異，所以發了幾張臨近的值得一遊的照片。

非常惱火，一箇舊辦公室改的，牆上的標語都來不及拆。床非常硬，翻身會發出異響。浴室又小又不透氣，夏天會悶暈人的。洗手枱漏水，上面洗手下面洗腳！雖然打掃下，之前住客留在床底下的紙巾都在。哎，總之不知道前面的好評從何而來？
