The hotel condition is good and clean. We booked a few family rooms and all of us are pleased with how much space there was. Staff were helpful and friendly. My kids love the robot service to deliver toilet paper and coffee. Will definitely book this hotel if we come to Meizhou again.

overall it’s a good stay with the family room and deluxe suite, rooms spacious and it’s clean and new. Like the layout of the family room. All good but maybe the breakfast choice could improve. but the staffs in restaurant especially the elder lady is very nice and always welcome us with smile. Oh ya, it comes with free laundry as well!

The check-in experience was very good. The front desk ladies were very enthusiastic. Because I didn't like staying in the last room, the front desk lady upgraded me to a room for free. The room was odorless and clean. The decoration style was modern and simple, and the lighting was warm.

I booked a twin room for May Day, but because I was not satisfied with the floor, the lady at the front desk decisively upgraded me to a suite, which was better than expected. The room was very large with two bedrooms and a living room. I will still book a suite next time I travel.
