國慶期間臨時起意到梅州玩，周圍的度假酒店都訂滿了，剛好看到這套房子就訂了。是度假村配套的商品房，動靜分明，去雁山湖也很方便，省了門票錢。性價比很高，和描述一致而且乾淨。
