The hotel staff are very patient in their service. I asked for water twice during the night and they enthusiastically delivered it to me. Thank you.

The room is clean and tidy, and the price/performance ratio is very high. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, the taste is good, especially the pickled noodles and soup, which are particularly Hakka-flavored. The front desk staff Yang Wan has a good service attitude, thumbs up! The surrounding environment is also good

We travelled in a group of 8 people and we came back here because some of us had stayed at this hotel on previous occasions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though not all the staff at the reception are fluent in English, they will go out of their way to assist you through the use of Wechat or a translate app. I cannot reallly comment on the breakfast as I only had coffee … freshly grinded beans and drip which was good. Some rooms had the smell of cigarette and so it would be nice if the hotel could cater for non smoking rooms. Beds were comfortable, Overall we had a pleasant stay.

close to the old town of the city, we got a room on the 20th floor with amazing view to the river. the room was spacious and well furnished, bed comfortable

BIG APPLAUSE & THANK YOU to chief concierge Sam Qiu for his hospitality & prompt response. Sam checked us in & greeted my elderly parents with big smile. Sam is very resourceful! He learnt that we are foreigners of Hakka descendent & visited Meizhou for local cuisines, immediately recommended few restaurants & interesting places for us to explore. He helped us booked Di Di online, ordered food delivery to hotel before we departed to next city & even prepared disposable utensils for our meals in the high speed train, really appreciate his detailed observation & consideration! Sam extended his service beyond my expectation! LOVE the location, quiet & spacious room. People's Square is right across the street. Fresh air & greenery in the morning. When dark falls, the whole park turns into fun fair ground for kids, dancing field & karaoke place for the adults. Will return staying in this hotel without hesitation.

Opposite the hotel is Shangchaokeduhui, which has a beautiful environment. There is an underground garage for parking, which is convenient for check-in. The reception staff at the front desk are enthusiastic and the service is very attentive. I was given a free upgrade for this order, which is so considerate! Although there was a misunderstanding due to the room card incident last time, the hotel's follow-up service was still very good, which is why I came back to stay again! The lady in the guest room was very polite and considerate. She brought drinking water promptly if needed. The room was clean and tidy. The view from the window was beautiful. I felt great about my stay this time! I will choose here again next time I come back!

Every staff member of the hotel is very enthusiastic and makes people feel very comfortable. The environment is great. I stayed in a 1.8-meter twin room. The bed was moderately soft and hard, very comfortable, and most importantly, clean and hygienic. I have to praise the hotel's breakfast, which was really super rich. I tasted Meizhou's special pickled noodles. It is really worth staying in this hotel at this price. I will definitely come again next time I have the chance.

Room clean, location convenient, laundry free of service, morning breakfast -Yam Mien(Meizhou authenetic dry noodle) Oishi!!! Taste very nice!! On top of that, Hi tea with a cup of cuppacino+cake served every afternoon, light supper somemore for late comer. Best hotel! Definitely will come back again and to recommend relatives and friends.

The hotel is decorated in a high-end style. The furniture and beds are all made of solid wood. The room is big enough, clean and odorless. The service attitude is very good. My child is not used to eating outside, so they specially served white porridge for my child. Thanks to the beautiful sisters in the restaurant. Because we were in a hurry to catch a flight, they specially prepared lunch for us in advance. Thank you. I will choose this place again next time I travel. It is also convenient to enter and exit and is close to the airport.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are parking spaces, the whole hotel is very new, I would like to focus on the bedding, which is very good, the mattress is also very comfortable, the whole house is equipped with smart Xiaodu, it is very convenient downstairs, there are Luckin Coffee and McDonald's.
