五一旅遊絕佳位置，附近就是印象東坡演出場地水街，眉山市內最大的旅遊景點。民宿是在一個成熟的小區內，經典的二房一廳，我們實打實的住了兩家共6個人，兩個小孩睡在客廳，沙發麪積挺大挺合適，簡潔裝修使用很方便。

房間設施與圖片相符，小區住家式公寓酒店，適合一家人入住。民宿離水街很近，下樓出小區步行幾分鐘路。房屋整體條件還是不錯的，床鋪也乾淨，希望能提高下洗漱用品的質量、局部衞生清理是否仔細需要再觀注下。

對這家的服務真的很無語，入住當天下午四點到小區門口，在門口等了半個小時登記，這也就算了，進去好不容易找到房間，居然沒打掃，又等半個小時換房間，換了新的房間也是沒打掃的，現場在那裡等着打掃，最後到五點多才正式入住下。
然後呢？飲水機的水居然有青苔，還喝了幾杯才注意到，真的很倒胃口。
退房當天，明明攜程上我訂了一個延遲退房，是可以兩點才退的，快到12點的時候，阿姨來敲門，説讓我們走，我説我是訂了兩點退房的，給房東反應，他説會去説，我剛説完立馬又被敲門，前前後後敲了三次門，這是我體驗感最差的一次住店經歷，真的很拉，不會再來了。

房間實際與預訂的照片不符，進小區時，老闆沒有提前和物業溝通好，導致被攔，在小區門口來回掉頭，停車費要自己出，説好補也沒有補，總之體驗不太好。

房子位於網紅水街，樓下生活設施齊全，緊鄰東坡島水街穿越城，濕地公園，音樂噴泉。出小區就有影院、商場、美食、KTV吃喝玩樂齊備，非常方便，房內配有大屏液晶電視、洗衣機、冰箱、採光很好，可以遠眺湖景。房間空調很給力、客廳有非常柔軟的沙發、寬敞的大陽台和獨立廚房跟衞生間，24小時熱水有家的感覺。房間打掃的很乾凈，床上用品都是純白色的，晚上睡覺很舒服，看的出來老闆用心了。護髮、洗澡、吹風機、一次性洗漱用品應有盡有。
我們是開過去眉山玩的，小區的安保挺負責的，24小時有人。訂好房間，老闆給報備了，車可以直接停地下停車場就好。
所以很棒必須5星好評，聽老闆有很多户型，下次還去，體驗一下他們家另外的房間。[呲牙]
