在網上預訂成功了單間，到達酒店後告知沒有房間，協商衹能給我們標間，半天給不了房間，態度非常差，

平台顯示有早餐然後説沒有，説他們從來就沒有提供早餐，説他們不知道是第三方的事情，就把我們打發了。我們入住的時候櫃子裏面有一雙臭襪子，臭的要命。廁所的門都是壞的，房子隔音也不好，隔壁説的啥聽得一清二楚。以後再也不會去了！

房間很大氣，環境不錯，衞生好，服務好，非常滿意的一次入住，以後來到這邊還會選擇錦城商務酒店入住。

説實在話，服務態度一星都不想給。杯子也是可見的臟，叫阿姨打掃房間也沒打掃，還很貴，慎重入住。早餐選擇麪也很少、非常少

一言難盡，沒有任何安全感可言，從入住到離開沒看到一個服務人員，包括總枱，保安給的房卡（想想可怕，隨時可以複製）全程只有保安，也打不通電話，被子有黴味，空調不制暖，桌子一層灰
