The front desk is very helpful and the room is clean! They also gave us water before leaving, which was very warm.

The most unsatisfactory stay was that there was a ball being played upstairs in the middle of the night. I asked the front desk to deal with it and they said they had coordinated with the upstairs, but there was still the sound of dragging tables and chairs. Finally, I moved to a room upstairs, but there was still the sound of dragging tables and chairs. I didn't sleep all night. The next morning I found that there was an e-sports hotel above the 5th floor where we lived, so I suspected that the sound of dragging tables and chairs was from the e-sports hotel on the 6th floor. You still have to be cautious when choosing a hotel

The window was broken and couldn't be closed, resulting in the noise of traffic outside the window which was not soundproofed. I didn't sleep well. One of the light switches was broken and the air conditioner couldn't be turned on. It was very cold at night.
