Well-located hotel, with a bathtub, good soundproofing, free parking, close to public transport that allows you to reach the center of Brussels in 15 minutes. Very spacious room with kettle. Friendly staff. Clean room. I consider the price-quality ratio to be excellent.
I recommend it.

Having been a visitor for many years I can honestly say that my recent stay was vastly improved by the staff currently employed. I have for a long time lamented the departure of Tine from the business but can say that Eylul made our stay enjoyable by her pleasant personality.

Positive: excellent location for visiting Brussels and surroundings, clean room with many extras (fridge, toiletries, coffee and tea, safe, extra sockets) and no outside noise. Negative: uninviting, uncomfortable and impersonal hotel. Reception and staff unwelcoming and disinterested (no greeting or decent answer to questions possible). Room directly in the hallway on the ground floor behind the reception with a view of a shabby parking lot refused and got a better room, but with a rock-hard mattress (without molton and topper) and bad pillows, wifi kept dropping out, reading light by bed and desk were missing, television very small, parquet and shower floor very slippery, shower sprayed the entire bathroom floor soaking wet, musty towels with other people's hair still in them, air conditioning could not be turned off, breakfast sufficient but no brown bread.

un très belle hôtel, propre, la literie super, la chambre cosi, le personnelles très gentils , bon petit déjeuné avec du choix. Ils nous ont renseigné pour le repas du soir et nous avons très bien mangé, cuisine chinoise à emporter et ils nous ont proposer de manger dans la salle petit déjeuné, bien sympathique de leurs part.

Het hotel is netjes, maar heeft geen sfeer of uitstraling. Ook de kamer was netjes, maar wel aan de donkere kant. De douche is in het midden van de kamer gesitueerd en voorzien van twee glazen wanden. Privacy bij het douchen is er dus niet. De handdouche werkte niet en afspoelen onder een regendouche is gewoonweg niet handig. De kraan van de wastafel lekte, waardoor er een flinke kliederboel ontstond bij gebruik. Ik had voor 2 personen gereserveerd en bij aankomst vroeg de receptioniste of we ook wilden ontbijten. Na het afrekenen van zo’n zestig euro gingen we er van uit dat daarmee het ontbijt geregeld was. Bij het uitchecken bleek dat er slechts voor een persoon betaald was. Dus of we nogmaals zestig euro wilden afrekenen. In totaal dus 120 euro voor 3 dagen ontbijt voor 2 personen. Behoorlijk aan de prijzige kant. Al met al zal ik niet meer naar dit hotel toe gaan of het aanraden.
