The room was clean and tidy, with complete toiletries and a fingerprint lock for easy check-in. It was perfect. My family was very satisfied. If something went wrong during the reservation, Ctrip customer service not only found a new room but also compensated it for more than the room price itself. It was completely unimaginable. Ctrip will do such a good job, I will go to Ctrip when I go out in the future, thank you🙏🙏🙏

自主入住，環境可以，跟照片裏的差不多，但是衞生條件一般，桌子上和地上都有灰，洗手間地面也不乾淨，樓下有停車的地方

服務態度極差，我晚上6點到的竟然説讓我等7點再去，前面的還沒退房，多次讓我退房，一房兩賣，態度極差，真是服了，屋內跟圖片完全不符，設備很舊。牙刷什麼的極差，用一次竟然就硬的跟石頭似的，好幾百的房就不能怎麼刷的評分
