我訂的標準大床房，但是給我一個轉角房，我到房間才發現，因為轉角房和標準大床房價錢是不一樣的，打電話到前台，前台連解釋都沒解釋直接換成標準大床房了，説明前台自己心裏是知道的，這種明知故犯能騙一個算一個做法很可恥，換了標準房後發現衞生間沒有打掃乾淨，還有用過的紙，真是無語了，硬件再好，人員素質差，酒店一樣不會經營好，下回回梅河我是不會再住了，

房間還行。服務為0。行李車完全要自己推的。人家看着也不會多問一句，也不會上來的。這是啥星級酒店。早餐7-9點，簡直讓人無力吐槽，誰家帶着娃兒出去玩兒，要一大早起來吃早飯啊！好在看見一大爺，仗義執言，在餐廳給他們一頓訓。當然，也許説了就説了，人家也不會改變啥。酒店門口有老鼠！！

酒店還是不錯的，三上高速，去雪村都方便。停車也方便，吃飯的地方少了。小吃都在河對面。酒店比較標準，中規中矩吧，就説有很多空房的時候，在其他地方一般會給升級，這裏完全沒有！
