我們定的湯匙房856元/一天，房間價格貴（主要是付多價格和體驗到的不匹配） 房間設施一般 ，我們到店12:20，卻被安排到一間圖不符實的房間，後來吃完飯我提出來問題後才説給換（在想如果不説 可能自認倒黴了），這房間所附帶的服務除過能選一件衣服（衹有成人的），旅拍根本沒有）再沒什麼啦，早餐也是垃圾。總之宣傳和實際相差太多

這是我這次去寶雞訂過最讓我失望而且鬱悶的酒店。有500+預算親們千萬別定這家酒店，誰訂誰就是冤大頭，嚴重傷害消費者感情與信任。早知道稍微加點去麒麟府或者其他的，之前服務體驗感很不錯。
各個平台消費標準差距幾十還可以，結果相差140+，而且定價與服務定位相差甚遠。房間沒有電視遙控器，打房卡上前台電話無人接聽或者空號，座機也是忙線或者撥不通，服務與體驗感太差，與自己平時住過的500多酒店相差太大。環境上就是為了**小紅書上好看樓頂還可以，室內裝修老舊，大家慎重選擇。

酒店服務很好，很耐心解釋。第一天入住晚上雷暴泡不了温泉，就説第二天可以免費到另一家去泡,也借了衣服拍照，每個服務人員都很温柔。去泡温泉的時候服務都叔叔阿姨看我們帶寶寶也都很關心，調水温什麼的也很速度。下次還會來
