疫情期間因為需要48小時核酸檢測要求嚴格人不是很多，服務特別到位送了泳衣🩱、梨湯、襪子🧦、毛巾及手消。山下空氣特別好，温泉水質乾淨，湯池種類繁多，跑完身上滑溜且解乏，值得推薦。

從太白山下來泡個温泉挺舒服，但房間設施很普通，價格太貴，泳衣樣式太年輕化，不適合老年人，好在服務人員還不錯，熱情温馨，彌補了許多不足。

鳳凰温泉的品質毋庸置疑，但是這個觀景院太讓人失望了，房間小得可憐，洗手枱竟然在迷你吧上，還是台上盆，洗手洗臉弄的到處都是水，非常不爽。房間裏連打開旅行箱的空間都沒有。極力不推薦這個房型。

入住大床房，旁邊房間竟然設定有麻將桌，被吵到凌晨一點半，其中有人大聲喧嘩、尖叫、敲錯去……多次打前台電話☎️，凌晨兩點鐘要求換房到一樓，延遲退房3小時，這幾乎是團建包場嗎？

慕名而來，專門訂的有私湯的觀景房，一千四的價格，三星級都不到的享受。屋子太小，行李箱展開都過不了人，傢俱上貼皮修補，衞生間門板快腐爛，陪的毛巾浴巾手感也非常一般。櫃子上灰一層沒有掃，空調也是家用掛機。感慨後知後覺，怪不得官方沒有觀景房的內部照片，算是踩坑了吧。住宿第二天泡温泉需要10：00前退房，要不不能第二天泡全天。室內最大的温泉池、小童池等都有明顯懸浮物，第二天一大早泡的， 真的懷疑前一天有沒有換水清潔。整體感受不如悦椿。
