酒店離景區入口很近，走過去不到十分鐘。房間和官網圖片一樣，是公寓式酒店，有温泉，環境挺好的。也有些不足，比如我們四口人住的套房，一張大床，一張大榻榻米，衹給2份早餐真的很不合理，加早58元一份，就是圖一的套餐，最多也就20元吧，温泉是單獨一個小池，但也衹給兩張票，有點不太人性化。另外就是卧室的窗簾是壞的，打不開，有茶具但沒有茶包，細節不到位。總體上還是可以的。太白山的景色抵消一切不足，太美了！

帶父母去太白山遊玩兒，在山下訂了他們家的南山家庭兩居室，計劃山上玩完下山泡温泉。
位置很棒：步行幾百米就到遊客服務中心，非常的方便。
環境不錯：温泉是聯繫了前台説了人數和計劃時間，他們根據家庭人數安排池子，每個池子會用竹林隔開，重新打掃，重新放水，不是共用大池子，體驗感好評，入住期間，温泉也不限次數，刷房卡才可以進入。房間環境與照片看起來一樣，房間住起來也很安靜。
服務很棒：全程微笑服務，有什麼需求或者問題，聯繫前台都會第一時間提供服務或者處理，非常高效及時。
雖然前台看起來小小的，但是不影響精緻的體驗，下次來還會訂你們家！！！

酒店設計挺獨特的，房間內部的洗衣機洗衣液配置很有心，整個房間的空間較舒適。温泉一户一池，私密性強，6號當天在温泉處工作的大哥服務很好，給我們調水温，我們四大一小玩了一個多小時，很舒服。
6號入住時的穿白衣的女性前台和7號離店時穿藍衣的男性前台服務意識一般（有一位藍衣的小妹妹全程都笑臉相迎），全程不抬眼，心情不好似的，導致我check in&out時的印象都不好，其餘工作人員整體的服務還不錯，外賣、浴袍等都直接送到房間門口。
酒店的早餐還不錯，孩子吃的很開心。

剛住完回來，真的太滿意了！💯
• 房間超讚！ 一居室空間夠大，重點是有個超舒服的榻榻米！我和孩子都超級喜歡！房間很新很乾凈，床睡得超舒服，酒店裡用的東西感覺都很有品質。
• 私家温泉太安逸了！ 🌿最最驚喜的是他們家温泉！不是大澡堂子哦，是一個一個預約的小私湯！就我們一家人泡一個池子，私隱又自在。池子邊造景特別用心，一步一景，泡着湯欣賞感覺太棒了！
• 位置便利，去太白山國家森林公園玩簡直不要太方便！從酒店走路到遊客中心，連10分鐘都用不了，拖家帶口或者拎包回來都巨輕鬆。酒店樓下就是一排餐館！我們把幾家都嚐了，推薦最西頭那家（名字沒記住看位置！），味道我們覺得是最好的！
• 🍜包含的自助早餐挺豐盛的，啥都有點。但重點！他們的咖啡是現磨咖啡豆的！香！還有那個臊子麪，絕絕子，連吃了兩天！
• 服務讓人暖心！ 遇到的每個工作人員都笑臉相迎，特別熱情友好！有啥需求響應很快，整個感覺就很舒服貼心。
總結一下：
🏨 房間舒服、温泉水好景美私密強、位置無敵便利、吃得滿意、服務到位！特別特別適合帶家人來玩！全家老少都開心那種！我們已經在盤算下次什麼時候再去了！真心推薦給大家！

性價比在當地温泉酒店裡還可以，早餐免費送到房間，還可以泡温泉，温泉環境也不錯；但衞生間很簡陋，浴缸在陽台，空調風機在陽台上面，還能看到隔壁房間的陽台，樓下是公路主幹道，非常雞肋，基本是不能用。

這家酒店，服務較細緻、環境優雅，湯池選好時間跟私湯一樣。無論何時需要，前台小柯服務人員都會立刻為我解決困擾，令我的住宿過程充滿了愉快和安心。總體好評
房間設施一應俱全，我們定的房間還有榻榻米，床鋪舒適柔軟，淋浴和浴缸都是全新的，但浴室和衞生間較小感覺有些憋悶，整個房間較乾淨整潔，是一家比較值得入住的酒店。
