Mandav Heritage Resort

Mandav heritage resort is a new resort about 2 km outside mandav on your way from indore. Very well made rooms with rustic finish, all amenities were nice, a big lawn to sit around and a pool, to cold to use in the winter but definitely summer it looks fun. Food is vegetarian. Breakfast was nice, tasty food but could have more fruit option. Went with bunch of friends, had 3 rooms.

In mandav heritage hotel, they mentioned "room with private jacuzzi" but unfortunately this is absolutely wrong, it's a simple pool with old, uncleaned and chilled water, they do not have warm or hot water facility in the same. In the name of room with private jacuzzi they are making fool to the people actually. We are extremely disappointed with such wrong information and actually they are taking extra money from their guest by providing such wrong information. Indirectly and unfortunately makemytrip is also a part of such wrong information becuase makemytrip did not cross checked such information and booking the room.

*first of all no hygiene was maintained in both the private pool & private jacuzzi, there was algae growing inside the pools ! *everywhere was excavated & construction work was going on in the premises, if your property is not ready then why you people open it for everyone to only suffer *garden area & floors were so slippery that my brother even slipped & injured *food was not good at all they were not able to make such simple things like lassi, chaach and even cold coffee & they completely destroyed it ! *hot water not coming in bathrooms in all it was a very disappointing experience

Lovely ambience, courteous staff, rooms are spacious well decorated, welcome kit is complete in all sense. Very high standards maintained by the team.
