The standout positive is the extremely friendly and helpful staff as they peovide a full basket of toys to my child in the room, along with the restaurant's good food. However, a notable downside is the lack of AC as our stay coincided with an unexpected surge in high temperatures, which might require guests to rely on opening balcony windows for ventilation. Additionally, the proximity of the restaurant directly below the rooms could lead to noise issues from the voices inside the restaurant. Overall i would recommend it for a couples, golf players and to whom seeking a retreat from city crowds. Remarkably, it's just an 8-minute drive to the Chapel Bridge at the heart of Luzern.
