Hygiene issue, apart receptionist is continue talking over phone while attending guest ! she’s more interested in chit chatting rather attending ! rooms are old, super deluxe rooms is very small

Rooms are old and also smelly, furniture worn off and also too expensive, at this cost you get a good 4/5 star hotel at a good location, breakfast buffet was very limited and nothing except paranthas and omelette was available for ordering, cherry on the cake was receptionist refusing rudely when i asked for the hair dryer in the morning. Overall a terrible experience, won't recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were not at all hygienic, with leaking walls, poor furniture, and overall not upto the mark. I won’t really recommend a stay at this hotel

It was such a great experience for my stay at hotel crystal. The ambience of the rooms is superb. Further the quality of the food is also good. I will definitely stay at here whenever i plan to visit at meerut.

The biggest problem with hotel left most of the time its does not work and male staff are very rude to the guess and the meal which they gave for free its very less quantity of rice specially other wire room are good

Even though the Shampoo and shower Gel in the bathroom wasn't great the overall standard of the hotel and exceptional services of the staff was second to none , I will certainly be staying here again 😊

This is one of the best hotels in Meerut and arguably the best in Meerut Cantonment area.Places like Begumpul,Abu Lane and Belvedere Complex are at a walking distance.The food is good,though expensive.I would suggest you opt for the buffet breakfast and eat lunch/dinner in nearby restaurants.Bathrooms are clean,staff is polite though not that adept with knowledge regarding online booking sites.All in all a good stay
