Super cute hotel! We had a room with a view of the city/street. It was a charming little hotel right on the water. The room was recently renovated it appeared and it was moderr, clean, comfy and cozy! Loved how the windows opened up in our room! Would recommend and stay here again for sure! Check in and check out were a breeze, staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great.

first, we loved our visit to Meersburg—a fun place after 2 plus weeks of visiting historic locations. The hotel excelled in all areas. It is a great location overlooking the lake and on the promenade. We had a corner room with gorgeous views. When we closed the windows, it was perfectly quiet. The hotel looks as though it has been recently remodeled, as everything in the room was sleek, spotless, and comfortable. Appreciated the elevator. We also appreciated the two arm chairs and bench and tons of shelving, outlets for charging devices, nice bath amenities. Fast WiFi. Above average breakfast beautifully plated. Mark (or was his name Max?) at check in and the young man from Romania at breakfast were super helpful. Parking easy for check in. Then we parked a short walk away in a safe ramp. Highly recommend this hotel. In our top 3 for sure.

Hotel converted attic space into Rooms and sell them at about 80% of normal room price without informing *********** customers what is that ! They use Photos of Rooms from lower flors to conceive cudtomers. I was one of the many unlucky ones. Be careful !

We visited the restaurant twice. It's such a nice setting, with tables under umbrellas right next to the water, or inside in the comfortable dining room. The service was excellent: fast and friendly. We chose vegetarian dishes. The food was so delicious, better than most vegetarian cooking; very imaginative and great value. Highly recommended.

I was in this hotel last weekend. At reception there was a receptionist who spoke broken German. Very friendly but very difficult to understand. She showed me a parking space and when I didn't understand where the correct entrance was, she explained it very simply and poorly, which was due to her broken German and cost me a lot of money afterwards. The room was OK, but I paid an extra €50 for a better view. If the room had been on the other side, you would have looked out onto a rubbish dump. There were old mattresses and laundry trolleys in the hallway all day. The impression in the hallway was irritating when you walk towards ten mattresses. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the breakfast room. The breakfast was OK too. I wouldn't book this hotel again because the price-performance ratio is not right and the extra €50 makes it seem a bit like a rip-off if you have to look out over bulky waste.

Das Hotel hat eine ideale Lage direkt am See. Wir hatten die Suiten Säntis und Zeppelin, beide sehr geräumig und klimatisiert. Insofern ein gelungener Aufenthalt auch für Senioren. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, wir kommen gerne wieder.
