3rd time staying here. Property and all around stay was good. Location with old town is great. Pool area is nice. Some neglect or attention to units were noticeable from previous years. Hot tub was 3/4 empty and unusable for the first day. Was supposed to get a credit back to our account for that but didn’t receive. Key cards kept deactivating due to faulty card reader that needed to be replaced. TV in living room would only come on and say weak signal for the first day. All issues were resolved by end of second day.

The unit was clean and the grounds were well maintained. Loved the swimming area. The kitchen could have been more equipped, it did not have baking sheets, oven mitts or a can opener. There was only one toilet paper roll in the bathrooms. I did appreciate that each unit had their own wifi which added to the security. Just something to be aware of, the walls are very thin, we could hear our neighbours watching late at night. Overall I enjoyed my stay and l would recommend this resort for people travelling with family.

Was a great stay, loved the hot tub on the back deck. Good pool. Easy to get to with good local options for food and shopping. Close to everything

Everything was really nice and decently cleaned. Pools were heated and well maintained.
Only downside is we planned on eating on site at the hub, but we waited 30 mins and both lady’s upfront walked right past us and never acknowledged us. We went to the bar to try and get their attention. She attempted to help another customer seated at the bar instead, and the guy informed her he would wait since we were first. She then went back to working on the register ignoring us both never saying a word. He left shortly after and we did right after him.

I liked the service at the beginning of my stay. The person at reception on the last day was less of a joy. I appreciated where I was located.One thing that could improve and I suggest is changing the mattresses on the sofa-bed. It was awfull.

Floors left your feet black. Bathrooms weren't cleaned properly. Beds were uncomfortable. Black mold on all the windows. Bug problem, couldn't leave food on the counter tops. Room looked nothing like the photos.
