Floors left your feet black. Bathrooms weren't cleaned properly. Beds were uncomfortable. Black mold on all the windows. Bug problem, couldn't leave food on the counter tops. Room looked nothing like the photos.

Really liked the pool which was heated and it had ping pong a slide that kids would like and hot tub. The unit was dated and didn’t use the hot tub in the unit.

Clean, comfortable, loved the hot tub and screened in patio especially after a hectic day! Pools and pond with gators and turtles added entertainment 👌

This place was awesome! It was a home away from home! Very spacious and well kept. They have gained a new client for life! The pool area is very nice!

The property was nice but the floors were super dirty. I have a baby that just learned to walk and falls sometimes. The floors were so bad I hardly let her down. Had to wear shoes everywhere in the unit. They also did not provide enough towels or basic supplies such as toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels. We only stayed a week and did not feel we should have to provide all of that.

The location of this property is great. It is within walking distance to Old Town and a short ride to Disney and Disney Springs. The pool and pool bar are nice! The hotel has an arcade for kids, which we didn't use, but it looked fun. The condo could definitely use a thorough clean. Baseboards and blinds were dirty. There was gunk on the walls. The hot tub was disgustingly dirty, as if the filters had never been changed. There were tiny bug crawling on the counters. The shower door wouldn't stay shut in the main washroom. They do not provide toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. The carpets and upholstery had stains. The front desk was not accommodating with a late checkout request.

Needs updating. Old carpet, and hot tub is falling apart. Also not enough cooking utensils.
