I would have rated it higher because overall it was a nice place and great location. The dryer button kept falling off maintenance came but it kept falling off and then it wouldn’t shut off. Maintenance told me to time it myself and then just unplug it to shut it down which was very inconvenient. I tried to leave the stuff drying outside and then it rained and it got all wet again. I was out so unable to get it in before the rain started. One of the twin beds smelled like someone had been laying on it. The main living room TV barely had a few working channels.

One of the only negative things was trying to communicate with the front desk and maintenance to resolve issues with AC and hot tub issues. Never seemed to fix the actual problem.

We were in Orlando for Disneyworld so we werent at the room much. But there was a variety of issues. Why are we stingy with garbage cans. Put one in every room. Ive never heard a house creak and make more random noises than this house. The first night there I kept waking up because of it. All the tvs were super small too. The living room needs at least a 55 inch. That said the location was fantastic.

The property is great — comfortable and well-equipped. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. When we arrived, the house had not been properly cleaned. The hot tub cover was filthy, with mold and mildew, although it was replaced on our last day at the property, so future guests won’t have that issue. The biggest disappointment was definitely the overall cleanliness of the house. Considering that all guests are charged a cleaning fee, I expected at least the basics to be taken care of.

This is the 3rd time I stayed here. This time was so bad we left a day early to go home and shower in a clean environment. Our townhome didn’t look like it had ever been vacuumed. I have video of an inch thick of dust all over the baseboards. Black hairs in the shower. We went to eat at the Cabana but because they closed in 20 mins refused to let us order food. Then we ordered food at the sports bar but because we had kids we couldn’t sit at the bar so no happy hour. Then my husband paid the bill and they didn’t inform him that gratuity was already on the bill so we double tipped. When he asked about it they said oh well. They didn’t even serve us our food. My husband had to grab it from the bar to bring to our seats. Worst experience ever!!! And they wouldn’t do anything to make this a better experience. Travelocity tried to get them to and they refused.
