Dissapointed for what I got for that price.

Room relatively small, once the bed was made the other time it was just pretended. Breakfast and food were ok; Unfortunately you can only sit on the upper terrace during breakfast or dinner, but that should be changed for a hotel with a sea view (so that you can sit outside nice and comfortably even when staying in the lobby or bar);

Very good price / quality ratio! Great pool area, great spa and fitness area and very comfortable terrace with a view at breakfast. Rooms are clean and new, the food is exceptionally good. We would come back anytime.

We are not in Medulin for the first time, but we have vacationed in the hotel for the first time. We found the stay very good and did not expect it to be so good. At first there were difficulties with our booking, but the employees in the hotel tried to make the time until clarification as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The employees at Trip.vom also helped immediately and great to solve our request. Cleanliness is valued in the hotel, even if the hotel is getting old, it is a great, varied and clean hotel. There are various activities during the day, a delicious bistro is also on site and there is also a wide choice for breakfast (including vegan milk, for example).

The hotel is getting old and in need of renovation. The pool areas weren't filled with chlorinated water as usual, but with salt water and the outdoor showers were turned off ("economy measures"). The outdoor area also needs to be renovated urgently and more attention paid to hygiene. The three of us had a superior room, which was sufficient for a short trip. You shouldn't expect too much for the 4 stars given, since broken areas weren't replaced, the room is more like a 3 star category. The breakfast was relatively versatile and tasted good. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Generally very happy with our stay here. Rooms 9/10. Food 8/10. Hotel cleanliness 10/10 Pools - 5/10 indoor - salt. Outdoor -salt. Also a free for all as no secure entrances stopping anyone from the beach from walking in using the pool. Tips: No evening entertainment(singers/acts etc)Didn’t bother us but if you like that kind of thing, this place isn’t for you. You can walk into medulin if you want a more lively evening. Takes 15m max. Pool towels are provided from the spa so save space in your suitcase. Don’t throw them into the cleaning cage unless the spa have given you new ones as you can’t then reserve sunbeds the next morning. Sunbeds are generally ok. If you want poolside you’ll need to be out by 8am which isn’t bad. Beer/soft drinks - 420€ for a large beer. Soft drinks 330€ Taxi to pula - Uber about 18-21€ each way.

If you are wanting a family holiday in a beautiful location then this may suit you. We stayed half board for 11 nights as a family of 6. The hotel rooms whilst small, had comfortable beds, great air conditioning and fresh towels (although not the best quality) every day. The food was plentiful and varied. One of our family is caeliac and the head chef was most accommodating to ensure she had a different meal every night. If you want to stay outside drinking at the pool bar, or want evening entertainment, this is not the place for you as disappointingly it closed at 6 every evening, however, just a short stroll away there were plenty of fabulous bars, nightclubs and restaurants. The pools were fabulous and even though it was height of season, we managed to get a sunbed around the pool every day. We were however a little surprised that hotel guests had to pay €26 a day for 2 sun beds and a parasol on the beach. The blurb is also a little misleading as the beach is public and all and everyone from the local campsites also use the facilities. This did not pose a problem except to make the beach exceptionally busy.

I will start with the positives,this hotel is spotless,lovely views,close to beach etc and staff work very hard.But…..our room was small (not too much of issue) was spotless and cleaners did good job everyday and baby had the cosiest cot ever with a mattress thicker than the bed! Our beds were comfy but a pain being 2 singles pushed together as one of us usually fell through the gap! On first day at 9am not a subbed in sight! Everyone taken up with towel but no people,we ended up having to join this ridiculous task and putting our towels on a couple early morning (which is not what you go on holiday for) lastly 2 or 3 of the evenings we went to play cards and wait for our evening meal we were shocked to see the doors opening and people running into the restaurant then we tried to queue up and people would just push in and you would be in queue for ten mins! Luckily this did ease off so think it was too busy the first few days. Having said the above we would return to this hotel again but if meal times were like that every night then that was definitely the thing that put us off! Did not expect that for a 4 star platinum hotel

Lovely hotel ! We had a great week here, special shout out to Denise who did a fab job down at the pool bar. Food was delicious and always a good choice, very nice staff in the restaurant too. The gardens are lovely full of beautiful smelling flowers. Such a peaceful week away, thank you. X

Despite a initial problem over sharing an Evening Meal with a Large Conference our holiday here has been wonderful The hotel has a superb location the rooms are kept clean every day while the gym and pool are one of the best I have ever experienced

Medium sized hotel a stone’s throw from the nightlife of Medulin. Good choice at breakfast, clean room. Great pool area. Beachside vibes. Large car park and plenty of restaurants nearby. Lovely harbour area, despite large fairground set up for the kids! Must visit the amphitheatre in Pula.

Absolutely amazing time spent at this hotel and the surrounding areas. Food: really nice. Never a day when we didn’t all have something we liked. My kids say a big thank you to the lovely chef who made them cooked plain pasta most evenings despite “the men in black” as my son called them turning them away and telling them to go to the pre prepared pasta. They didn’t want the flavoured stuff and I had to say they only wanted plain to one. The guy mentioned earlier, was lovely with both the kids at breakfast and dinner and really appreciate his thought. Room: we had a family room with terrace. Really nice room, loved that the kids had single beds in their own area and had a lovely terrace. Would suggest that there’s key card locks or something put on the sliding doors as it was so much nicer to go in the back door straight from beach/pool when you’ve got the luxury of a terrace. Cleaners were really friendly throughout the hotel. Bar/Reception:lovely and friendly on reception and very helpful. Would like to say the lady behind the bar was a bit of a favourite of mine. Pool: we only spent 1 day at the pool as the kids said it was hurting their eyes. We did spend some time at the inside pool for a proper swim which is really nice and not busy. Very clean everywhere!!! Right on the pebbly beach and agree to buy your beach shoes before you go. There’s loads selling them but I just got some cheap ones from Amazon and they were great. Area: you can easily walk along to the town area of medulin where there are bars, sandy beach, family park etc or just get the land train. We walked and only went on the land train once to see where it went. Bit hassle with people trying to sell boat tours but nothing compared to other places. What we noticed was a lot of Croatians must holiday here and it was lovely. Not typically British which was refreshing. If you get chance, visit around the area. It is STUNNING. Rovinj, porec, pula and if you have a car get out and find those hideaway places. Would have liked a bit more entertainment on an evening and the bottom bar open but I like a show. The magician who was on was very funny and really good. Would recommend this hotel and that it’s a great location for exploring. Drinks seem expensive but then ice cream at €2 can’t be bad lol.
