Very disappointed, don’t know how this hotel got such a high score, or 4* rating. If it’s 4* should have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was awful, eggs and sausage cold, coffee cold. The juices were not juice but a squash type drink that water is added to. Waiter’s attitude offhand. Mold on the tiles of the shower and shower tray extremely slippery. Could not recommend this hotel.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. We are well treated with our needs. rooms are updated and clean. near the church for pilgrims religious program.

We had 2 rooms with two twin beds in each.. We are tall and beds and pillows were comfortable. We could walk to apparition hill as well to church with shopping nearby. There is a small market across the street. The breakfast was good too and staff was very friendly.

The Hotel does not have an elevator, it’s the only inconvenience if you have big luggage, great location walk distance to everything, great breakfast included I will recommend it
