"The staff here are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to help and even preempt their actions and go the extra mile.  The hotel itself is directly next to Masjid Al Ghamamah, and a very short walk from the gate of Masjid An Nabawi. There are convenience stores, standard shops for souvenirs and food all within a two minute walk from the hotel door.  The only issue I would say is if you have a pram (stroller) or wheelchair, the ground floor only has an escalator to the mezzanine floor, no elevator is available. If that’s a concern you may want to consider another option, otherwise this is great and I highly recommend it."

"I was very satisfied with the experience of booking an apartment overseas this time. I could cook and wash clothes in the apartment. Because it was Ramadan, there were no restaurants to eat in during the day, so I could just cook something in the apartment. There was a big Carrefour across the street! Shopping was very convenient!"

"room is just like a picture. its an apartment with someone at lobby. its a neighborhood area. downstairs have super market and cheap food. i try to get the cheapest room i can find inside trip.com but what i get is a family room. this is around 30 min walking from masjid nabawi. its clean good. aircon is good . bath tub. bed is clean."

"Here’s a review you can use for the hotel: --- I recently stayed at Faraj al Madiha and while it was a bit far from Haran, it turned out to be manageable. The hotel provided transportation for every prayer time, which was a great convenience and made my experience much more enjoyable. Overall, I found the stay satisfactory, and I appreciated the effort made to accommodate guests' needs."
