we stayed at this hotel on 25 January 2024 until 2 & February 2024. Me, my wife and my son. I was initially a bit skeptical about this hotel because this was the first time staying in the hotel area facing the Prophet's Mosque. previously, 3 times before, when visiting the Prophet's Mosque, we stayed in the hotel area at the back of the Mosque. *************, the best experience with the hotel, which for me is a strategic location near the entrance to the front of the mosque. besides that, there are many interesting places nearby such as places to eat in Shariq Qurban Qurban with many delicious restaurants . The location is also close to the Quba Mosque. You can take a Buggy or Uber to get there. We even walked to the Quba Mosque. for me, a new experience with the hotel, which is the hotel officer during the check-in process was very friendly and greeted us well and was very fluent in English. The room was also very clean. The room cleaning process was very satisfactory. Highly recommended for families for the Ellaf At-Taqwa Hotel.

I just booked for my sister and her husband. I paid full payment. They arrived at desk with booking paper copy witj name and details. From receiption has said we haven’t received money.My guest very much embarrassed and dissappointment.
i mail them with payment invoices.
So please need to improve your customers service part more.
