Dallah Taibah Hotel is very close to the Prophet's Mosque. The room condition is very good with a room that is not spacious. Breakfast and lunch are suitable for Indonesians. The lobby also has limited seating and stands out with a classic design.

Four star hotel located next to gate 338 masjid nabawi, rooms are clean and good but not detailed. Additionally, the restaurants need to improve the menu selection for far east and international cuisine. It would be beneficial to offer a wider variety of dishes to cater to different preferences. Furthermore, enhancing the overall dining experience with more diverse options can attract a wider range of guests.

V good hotel near Masjid e Nabvi with good ambiance and excellent breakfast ..I feel they r good especially the female staff in the receptionist area They are very cooperative and professional ..but they should lower their rates don't forget your not doing business.you should serve those who visit holy land . But these days it's total business.thats making me sad.secondly I wish they add Pakistani cuisine in breakfast and there lunch n dinner .

Went as part of Hajj package. Our bus driver got lost on the way there. Then was shocked when we arrived our tour manager rep wanted to put us in a quad room instead of a double room which we paid for. Luckily, by magic some double rooms appeared and we got one. The room was small and so was the shower but it was big enough and I was not inconvenienced. The rooms were modern and clean. For some reason there was a room next to us with another entry door for both of us but the lock didn't work so they had to keep this door open. It seems there is a restaurant on every floor. Buffet was part of our package and it was excellent and luckily they had a couple of Indo-Pak dishes. It's a 50 yard walk to the Prophet's mosque which obviously was convenient. Lot of shops nearby. Overall no issues here.

Stayed in there hotel for 3 nights on the 10th floor everything was good but air-conditioning was very cold which could not be controlled on the panel we had to open windows to increase temperature of the room.hotel is very close to haram with all necessities enjoyed staying in this hotel

We were here back in november and now again in april! The services had a huge difference! Must be a change in the manager way of dealing with problems. Our room had a faulty kettle, no hot water in the shower! The safe in the room doesnt work, we have mosquitos in our room. Washroom is horribly tiny. We complained to the guest relations when they called to ask if we were content. We also told them not to come fix right now as we were all sleeping and had do not disturb on. No one respected our problem and our bell was pressed three times again and again by different people! At which we had an argument with the manager and she spoke in a VERY RUDE manner. I am surprised we are talking about 5 star services! We paid way SOO MUCH money for three room apartment only to get such services.
