The hotel reception was clean that’s about it , I booked deluxe room and was nothing deluxe about it . Had to buy my own toilet paper , sink was leaking and AC not working ! Good reception but not sure if they understood!

A small rental abode (I wont call it a hotel though) nestled in a semi residential/commercial area almost 2km to Masjidil Nabawi. Taxi/e-haling to Haram and from Haram cost around SAR 10 during off-peak hrs but csn go as hgh as SAR,30 during peak hrs.
Thd two Bangladeshi guys manning the hotel are great, they are receptionist cum everything. Towels, kettle need to be requested. The room is infested with smal cockroaches and the only furniture in the rooms are beds!!!
Personally I wont recommend staying there.

stayed there for five nights, hotel was okey as promised in any sites.
around the hotel existed some restaurants with cheaper price compared to masjid nabawi's area.
location was not good, but good as you pay, it takes 30 minutes walk to haram,
during the stay we have to cross the under-construction highway, hopefully there will be a pedestrian crossing, if i am be back for pilgrims sometime in future, insyaallah.

asked for kettle, he didnt give us. air circulation inside the room wasnt good, there is only bed in the room. the room is musty. there is no soap and shampoo.
the price is too expensive for just a room with beds and no kettle, no mat, no table, and the glass for drinking is broken and its too small. not recommended

This was a decent hotel for families and it's near to Masjid e Nabawi. Walking distance shown around 15-16 minutes.
However, if you get down from Hotel, you will get taxis, which drop you in 10-15 riyal.
Hotel is clean and staff is co-operative. Recommended for Family stays.
