The hotel was not clean...our room had used toilet paper..no clean toilet brush..there was fluff and hair blowing around in the corridor...communication with the one man who seemed to be working there was met with a shrug of the shoulders. Your description of the hotel was incorrect...there is no bar!

Es unos de los peores hoteles en todo, limpieza, trato pésimo del personal y la comida como si fuéramos perros , ventanas rotas ,suciedad por todos lados, la comida fría y recalentada , no tienen ni un batido para los niños , el agua de la máquina es rellenada en el cuarto de limpieza,no se como aún hay gente que se hospeden en un lugar como ese

Terrible! Hotel desangelado, no muy limpio y TREMENDAMENTE frío, en pleno diciembre! Q los empleados estuvieran en recepción y cafetería con abrigo y bufanda ya no presagiaba nada bueno. Hotel d tres estrellas, más de 100 euros la noche y pasas tanto frío q los cuatro de familia tuvimos que buscar una farmacia para antogripal a la mañana siguiente. Las personas no cerraban pues estaban rotas y el desayuno es de vergüenza( el chocolate era agua, literalmente y el zumo con sabor a polvos, inbebible...lo mejor, el pan, con eso se dice todo. El comedor estaba tan frio q todos los clientes estábamos con nuestros abrigos). Muy muy decepcionado, no pasar ni una noche aquí es la mejor de las experiencias!

El hotel en sí no está mal y el trato del peronal es bueno, pero nuestra experiencia no ha sido del todo buena ya la climatización de la habitación era bastante mala. Nos pusieron al final del pasillo y por algún motivo la calefacción en esas habitaciones no llega bien, hace más calor en el pasillo que en la habitación, parece un iglú. Los radiadores estaban abiertos y subieron a revisarlos, pero no pareció suficiente. Desde luego, nada agradable con el frío que hacía.

El hotel está limpio. Hemos ido en invierno y está bien climatizado El desayuno aunque está bien se queda un poco escaso debido a que tiene solo dos horas y parece que cuando hay mucha gente, no dan a basto, recomendamos ir a primera hora. Las habitaciones familiares son muy grandes.Tienen un parking privado gratis al aire libre. Lo peor es que al hacer check in te piden el pago en efectivo porque dicen que tienen el TPV roto, aunque extraña un poco.

El hotel dispone de aparcamiento. Se encuentra junto al casco histórico de la ciudad. Las habitaciones se encuentran limpias y el servicio es correcto. Ofrecen desayunos. Es una buena opción para pasar unos días en la ciudad, tanto por trabajo como por ocio.

El dia 22 de agosto en plena ola de calor acudimos a este hotel. Tienen aire acindicionsdo en habitaciones pero no hsy mando porque no funciona, segun dicen hace unos dias, segun veo por comentarios mas de 1 mes. Una noche para olvidar. Personal trato correcto. Limpieza en habitación muy justa, algo de polvo. Ubicacion cerca del castillo.

El hotel está muy bien situado, bastante cerca del centro y del Castillo de la Mota, se puede ir andando a ambos sitios. Además el personal nos informó de cómo llegar a cada sitio y nos sugirió donde comer. El desayuno fue muy completo y el parking es bastante amplio y cómodo. La habitación estaba bastante bien, muy limpia y de buen tamaño, lo único que le faltaba, a mi parecer, era aire acondicionado aunque es verdad que por la noche no hizo excesivo calor y la almohada era bastante incómoda, por la mañana me levanté con tortícolis.
