Great hotel. Grabbed the cheapest room possible for my sister to come along with the hubby and I but wanted our own privacy. Got her the single queen bed room. It was REALLY nice. The value for money was exceptional and the breakfast was fantastic!

mdeicine hat, a small town in Alberta, near Saskatchewan. The town is beautiful. But this hotel is average. It's a motel, you get into the room as soon as you get off the car, and go to bed as soon as you get into the room. The carpet is too dirty and has a peculiar smell.

Room 122 was very noisy, shaking like an earthquake every so often.

Breakfast mediocre... no hot coffee, muffins, fruit or cereal Reserved room not available at check-in

Coffee canister filthy. No local tv. Manager unavailable to assist. Room not cleaned properly. I have photos if you would like to see them. When I complained about tv nothing was offered or done. Manager isn't available on weekends for anything!

Loved it has two pools. Breakfast you have to get there early in order to get anything good. Staff were friendly. Language barrier between staff and you.

Room was cold. Didn't seem like the heat worked properly. housekeeping needs a course in cleaning . Sink in the kitchenette was brown and not even a dish cloth supplied. Bathroom could use a major cleaning top to bottom. Some of the lights looked like they were shorting out or maybe it was just all of the dead bugs in them. The curtains didn't close all the way. bought some clips to hold them shut, but didn't cover the holes in them.

I’ve stayed here twice as my company books our hotels. Now I know you can’t expect much for the price but in the times I’ve stayed here I’ve had 1) No TV as there was a “technical issue” 2) Dirty rooms and hallways 3) Ice machines not working 4) Hot tub not working 5) Various types of bugs in my room 6) No hot water to shower 7) Mold in my ice bucket 8) horribly unhelpful front desk staff. I’ve made it clear to my management that under no circumstances will I ever stay at this hotel again.

Wanted waterslide and pool for the daughter. Check in and told the Pool HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR YEARS!! Have a second pool though. Went and saw a dirty little pool and a closed hot tub. Very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Staff were friendly and helpful when you could find them. the room itself was clean and functional. The facility itself is in need of a major overhaul. Several hall way lights were out and several were broken. The parking lot is in need of re-surfacing and better lighting. Carpets were dingy and stained in several areas. Pool and hot tub were out of service and look as though they have been for quite some time. back stairwell reeked of cigarette smoke. Room came with free breakfast but when we went to get breakfast we found it completely empty. Out of eggs, sausage, baked goods, juice and coffee we all empty. There was some cereal left but no milk for it. Had to go to the McDonalds next door to get breakfast. Huge disappointment. The facility always had some unsavory looking people loitering about as well. Never felt safe. Had to occasionally check on our vehicle to make sure it was okay.

Nice clean place with awesome rates. My girl friend loved soaking her Camel Toe in the jacuzzi tub in our room. Excellent time we had. “keep er tight”

First room had no hot water and clearly had not be vacuumed. Very few towels. Second room clearly not vacuumed, very few towels, the door to outside did not accept key, nor could i open outside door from inside. I asked for more towels the next day. None we dropped off. Went for breakfast at 7:45am, no hot food left. Ice machine broken. Disappointing stay. I guess you get what you pay for. The staff were friendly but just didn't carry out requests

room smelled like smoke and lots of cig butts outside, no local tv channels, bathtub would not drain, breakfast looked inedible. looks like lots of permanent residents staying there. you get what you pay for i guess. price was cheap.

You need security, I was talking outside at one of the access doors and a homeless man came out and I was scared, the next day the homeless man had damaged my car and bent the license plate.
