I booked an apartment here through a man named Fabian 7902 the worse experience in my life. I gave him a deposit of 200.00 to hold the apartment for myself and my husband for July of this year. However I am not able to make it due to unforseen circumstances. He will not return my money stating that I have 6 months to use it, the contract he sent me was the worse copy and paste job ever and I didn't even sign it because there were some items in that contract that didn't make any sense. DONT RENT FROM THIS MAN GOES BY THE NAME YAHIR.

We found the unit we stayed to be quite clean & comfortable. It is in need of some repair but it is evident that it has been worked on recently. There was working AC in each room and contrary to other reviews, the AC units were fairly new. The grounds & pools were cleaned daily. There is one pool at the end nearest the ocean & snack shack, that was quite warm. The hot tub near there was very hot but the jets weren't working so this was in fact a hot tub and not a Jacuzzi. The other pools, hot tub & lazy river were cooler but not cold. There is only 3 lounge chairs available by each pool which was inconvenient. The snack shack offered good food at reasonable prices but was only open Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit again. PS. We had no issues entering the property or getting into our room. The owner was very responsive both through phone calls or text messages. I do have to say I was a little nervous when I called a couple days ahead of our trip and received a voice mail message in Spanish. I didn't have any idea what the message was but left a message requesting a call back and was called back within an hour or two.

Do not go there! It's a scam! No staff to welcome or to inform you. The accommodation was indecent. The bathrooms are filled with mold, like the coffee machine, or the ceiling. The floors and surfaces were completely dirty and disgusting. The accessories are damaged. Is there any control? I don't think so. Clearly the cleaning is not done. Not to mention the infrastructure which is old and in bad condition or even completely broken. And the best for the end: the electricity was cut for more than 12 hours without any preventions or even apologies from the staff. It is a place that is unsanitary, dangerous and far from everything. If you want to rest in a peaceful place, do not go there.
