Checked in to room 106, wifi signal does not reach the room, was changed to room 102, right next to the lobby. Walls were thin and hear everything from guests walking by to conversations in the lobby. It was tolerable until night time, a young female receptionist had 3 male friends visit her during her shift, that's fine just that I could hear everything. Their conversation began to disturb my stay. I walk out and see a group talking socially in front lobby, the receptionist and her male friends/visitors, when I return to my room, the conversation stopped 10 min later. As thin as the walls were, guests were rather respectful as I surprisingly slept like a baby.

I donât understand why the hotel charges a 8000 pesos fee per person per night with the excuse itâs a hotel insurance and everyone is supposed to pay, I stayed in various hoteles in Medellin and this never happened. The location is good and the room was good too, the windows are a bit small and so it feels hot inside, the air conditioner did help but we were hoping to have more fresh air

This is my second stay at this property. I really enjoyed my first stay and though this could be somewhere that I could book for longer than a week.
I booked a double room last time and enjoyed my stay this time I booked a single room but would not return.
The single room is a lot smaller than the double and I paid the same price as last time so value for money for this was not so great.
View is great, amenities good, no AC and it gets hot in the room. Decent breakfast and friendly staff.
The big issue for me on the last 2 nights was a club down the street playing music so loud that I could feel the bass 10 floors up and this went on until 4am. This was Monday and Tuesday night!
So hot room as canât open the window with the music, fan on full, white noise from tv at full volume and ear plugs is not what Iâm looking for.
I could not return if the bar continues like that. Previous stay no issues, first 5 nights no issues, but this is a big problem for me. I am so thankful I didnât book the month I was contemplating and left after a week.
A double room without the noise at the right price I would return.
