"It can be said that it is Colombia's favorite hotel. The door of the room is under construction, but it is all green plants, the fruit is very rich, the waiter is very patient and enthusiastic, and it is worth coming back to Medellin next time."

"This is a budget hotel that is in a premium location. I think it feels more like a hostel as the rooms are super basic but with enough privacy and cable tv. There are a ton of restaurants and clubs next to the hotel. The room I got wasn’t loud but the guests were quite loud as some of the rooms have multiple beds. There is always free coffee and free parking which makes this hotel really worth it. It also has an elevator. Overall it was a good stay."
"The NH is very well located to the suburb of Provincia, which is a lively upscale neighbourhood. We were here for business and being able to walk safely about the district at night to the many bars and restaurants to meet with clients was very convenient. The hotel is modern and the rooms are comfortable, but are not to the standard of a 5 star, or certainly what the international standard for that would mean ."
"The price is reasonable, there are shopping malls nearby, there is also a McDonald's walk to reach, the room is large and very clean. The disadvantage is that you need to wait until 3 o'clock to stay."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe room is large with charming views. There is a large mall outside the hotel, and there is also a stall that claims to sell ********* food. The boss's father knows a little Chinese and is very enthusiastic when he sees Chinese people. It's a good experience👍

Great
AAleja_8888The location is excellent, exactly in the middle of everything, walk distance to get the metro, many restaurants near by, 10 minutes walking to Provenza, easy to get to a a big super market where you can find all you need including clothes from Colombian brands.
They are very good to help you with everything you required. We got a tour with them to Guatapé as they suggest and was a really good experience.
The staff is so friendly and helpful, we didn’t have a metro card and they borrow us to used for all the time that we were in the hotel. They explained us where to go, timings, etc. in the place they have an easy metro map on the wall, that you can just see all the spots to visit in Medellin.
The place is very clean.
I’m very happy and for sure we will be back there when we come to Medellin again.

Great
GGuest UserExcellent choice, fresh & trendy. Amazing view both from our room, roof top breakfast/bar area (mornings & evenings) also great view from hot tub & spa floor.
- Complimentary water
- Welcome non alcoholic drinks
- Complimentary 15mins massage for 1 person at the spa (we added it to a 45min massage which was great too)
- 8 mins walk to Santafe shopping mall (which has a grocery store underground)
- Fully loaded fridge & bar for paid items
- Buffet breakfast with variety of fresh fruits & hot soup & tons of options
- Attentive staff at breakfast & bar in the evenings
Special shout out to Tatiana & Andres & also a chef / staff from the kitchen who asked us if there's anything else we need when I was just looking around.

Very Good
GGuest UserVery well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

SSarahA beautiful new hotel in El Poblado. A short taxi from the madness that is Provenza. The 3rd floor is fantastic with the hydrotherapy pool and the infrared sauna. There is also a listening room and yoga room.
The staff were so attentive and genuinely warm. The quality of the grab and go non alcoholic and alcohol drinks was high.
Coffee amazing.
They've nailed it with the breakfast option. No fear of cold scrambled eggs or overeating at a breakfast buffet.
I enjoyed both the shakshuka and the benny.
I had my laundry done as well and they said it was be ready by the next day but it was done the same day.
Definitely stay here!!

GGuest UserGood hotel with some downsides.
+ Location is amazing
+ Hotel is pretty
+ Staff super friendly
+ Small hotel (~max 10 rooms)
+/- good but small breakfast
- Extremely loud, doors and walls are super thin, you can hear everything outside your room. In the first night we had a room directly in the lobby, it was so loud that we asked for a change in rooms. This was gladly accommodated; however, the next room was also loud (although not as much)
- To get in and out of the hotel you need staff sitting at the reception, but during the night you have to ring a bell which is super loud and wakes up the whole hotel
- Some rooms don’t have proper windows

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, clean, breakfast is varied, especially the breakfast room on the top floor, very style, you can see the whole city, business travel is definitely the best choice, the price is close to the people. I like it very much, I will stay next time.

GGuest UserChecked in to room 106, wifi signal does not reach the room, was changed to room 102, right next to the lobby. Walls were thin and hear everything from guests walking by to conversations in the lobby. It was tolerable until night time, a young female receptionist had 3 male friends visit her during her shift, that's fine just that I could hear everything. Their conversation began to disturb my stay. I walk out and see a group talking socially in front lobby, the receptionist and her male friends/visitors, when I return to my room, the conversation stopped 10 min later. As thin as the walls were, guests were rather respectful as I surprisingly slept like a baby.
GGuest UserThis is my second stay at this property. I really enjoyed my first stay and though this could be somewhere that I could book for longer than a week.
I booked a double room last time and enjoyed my stay this time I booked a single room but would not return.
The single room is a lot smaller than the double and I paid the same price as last time so value for money for this was not so great.
View is great, amenities good, no AC and it gets hot in the room. Decent breakfast and friendly staff.
The big issue for me on the last 2 nights was a club down the street playing music so loud that I could feel the bass 10 floors up and this went on until 4am. This was Monday and Tuesday night!
So hot room as can’t open the window with the music, fan on full, white noise from tv at full volume and ear plugs is not what I’m looking for.
I could not return if the bar continues like that. Previous stay no issues, first 5 nights no issues, but this is a big problem for me. I am so thankful I didn’t book the month I was contemplating and left after a week.
A double room without the noise at the right price I would return.

DDavidA cute, clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood near the tourist area of Poblado. Nicely decorated. However, the room was tiny, especially for two people. Barely room for anything but the bed, so it was uncomfortable for our stay. Also, geckos kept entering the room through the windows. There is no administration working on the premises, all communication and assistance is handled through chat on Whatsapp, which was very inconvenient and off-putting. There were signs with written warnings regarding sex tourism all over the premises, which was also a little strange and off-putting.
