The price of the hotel compared to the service I received was astounding. The hotel is clean, staffed by very nice people, and the room was neat and tidy. They do have parking which is not listed on some of their descriptions, and it should be. To find a hotel with parking downtown is an amazing perk. The only small inconvenience was the presence of mosquitos in my 11th floor room. I didn't even know they flew that high!

I wish they had a restaurant and that they had more parking capacity, although LP was super good and the price is comfortable, I hope to visit again the very good accommodation and in the entire center of Medellin

The hotel is very well located, the facilities seem good, but the rooms are a fiasco (at least the one I got), it had no closet, the bathroom had nowhere to put the soap or hang the towel, lights not working, the fridge was not cold, in the end I informed them but they did not attend to my requests, fortunately I was alone, or that is why they gave me such a bad room, the fatal noise

Cleaning staff and wifi very good. The terrible attention of the young Geraldine that they have in the mornings is not very communicative, not very cooperative, even indifferent with us! In addition to that one night we found cockroaches. And the first room that Mr was given had no windows and didn't even have a place to put clothes. After two days I asked to be moved to another room.
