Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

入住後感覺被欺騙了，房間很小，沒有廚房沒有沙發，床衹有0.8米寬，然後居然要1250元一晚。
訂的是雙床房，入住時卻是大床房，等了一個小時後才過來拆分成兩床房。
洗澡的時候淋雨頭居然掉下來了，這對千元以上的房間來看很不可思議。

Everything is excellent with this hotel. The cleaning staff, the front desk, all going the extra mile. I won’t stay in any othe rhotel then this one in Medellin. Highly recommend!

This hotel is 100% amazing and there is no words that can describe how the VIP axis was beyond amazed and would 100% stay here again. The staff was amazing and their team far beyond my expectation.
