Staying at this hostel in Medellin, although the facilities are simple, the service is very good. Especially the staff helped me change the local currency, so I had enough money to go to the supermarket to buy rice, oil and salt for cooking.

This is a "smoking hostel". They have a place for smoking but the smoke goes to the whole hostel. If you have allergy, or breathing problem. Don't go there. There are bed bugs too.

friendly employees, nice and inexpensive hostel, perfect for those looking for international meetings and/or just a place to put down your bag and sleep, to spend your days outside discovering the places
the general condition of the hostel is dated but unimportant if you are looking for the essentials
small detail not obvious the first time, the door seems closed, you have to pass your hand between the bars to open the small, barely visible latch and press the mini bell at the top left between the bars and the door... or else you drum like me ahahah
