Teníamos una competencia internacional en el estadio que queda a 5 min caminando, así que la ubicación fue perfecta para ese torneo. El Poblado queda a 20 min en taxi. Las habitaciones estaban pequeñas pero limpias y la cama genial, ya que es firme, y es muy buena para la espalda. Los desayunos lamentablemente muy repetitivos y faltaba fruta más a menudo.

If your goal is to fine a very basic, inexpensive hotel, this is a good option. I think we paid $35 US dollars per night. If you want a little more comfort, with more amenities, I would look elsewhere. The people at the front desk were kind, but did not speak any English (that’s not their fault, but it is something to note). The room was very basic. The bed was about as firm (hard) as any I’ve slept in. The room is small. I didn’t have any place to hang my clothes. There is an oversized refrigerator and music system (neither of which I needed). The bathroom is basic. There was air conditioning, but I could’ve seem to get it to the right temperature. Overall, a basic hotel at a decent price.

Very good hotel located near the Atanasio Girardot sports unit, good service and breakfast included, very friendly people, thank you for the service provided, recommended hotel, I hope to repeat my experience with this hotel, thank you for such good service

The people at the reception were horrible. Racist, classist and rude. The hotel is elegant and comfortable but the people at the reception never treated me with kindness. They were always hostile

The hotel is very good value for money, we arrived early in the morning and the receptionist and her security staff were very attentive and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and excellently clean, the breakfast is good, they could improve but we would definitely return.

The customer service is terrible, the man at the reception is very rude, answers in a bad way, does not give instructions and makes fun of the customers in the face. Everything else was very good, but the reception at reception was the worst in Medellin compared to others that are very good.
