I stayed in that hotel from January 23 to 27 in that "Hotel". The room was dark and ugly, the internet did not work in the rooms. The only good thing is its location, otherwise this hotel is horrible. My partner left a jacket in the hotel lobby and they told us when we were on our way to the airport that we could no longer return it. I asked them to send me the jacket to pay for it upon delivery. It's been almost a month since our stay and the jacket hasn't arrived. When I complained to the hotel's WhatsApp, the lady in charge of the hotel "Isabel" was too rude to me, telling me that it was not the hotel's obligation to take care of those things. And the hotel chain does not respond either. In my life I would stay in that hotel chain again

Estuve hospedado desde el 30 de julio hasta el 4 de agosto, un sitio muy agradable y acogedor me gustó mucho su casa colonial, lo único que mejoraría sería el wifi, es un sitio que vale la pena regresar , muy amable con la atención y habitación bien limpias
