Generally speaking, the price-performance ratio is average, especially it is far away from the subway station. It takes at least 15 minutes to walk. However, the route is very complicated and you will probably go wrong.

Room was clean and spacious. Front desk receptionists during the day was very helpful which he pointed out nearby eating areas and malls. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Medellin again!!

Very disappointed because the “Gym” are only 1 bike, 1 Elliptical and 1 running machine no more. In very bad condition.

My son and daughter-in-law stayed in there we gave it as a honeymoon present he loved it and he got for the whole stay breakfast for free. Thanks you for spoiling the honeymooners!

Great location. Directly across from Santa Fe Mall and 30 minute downhill walk to plaza where most of the tours originate. I would stay again.

Hotel will charge you the VAT regardless if you are a non resident, they request a ticket from immigration Colombia that in my case doesnt apply beacuse i entered with the Mercosur Card.
Also they only give you 1 keycard, so forget about doing anything independent from your partner as elevator requieres the key card to move between floors.
