Binn Hotel

Check-in experience was quick and efficient. Staff was helpful and catered to my birthday with wine and a desert treat.

This was my second time in Binn hotel and again I was impressed by how great their customer service was. How professional the staff was. I can’t say enough about this place. I’m definitely a customer for life.

The hotel is designed in a type of circle so that when you get off the elevator on your floor you are standing in a circular hallway with the rooms going around the circle. No long hallway to drag your suitcase down. The rooms are modern and comfortable but I think a hand held shower head and an exhaust fan would improve the bathroom. The room was quiet even thou there is a very loud restaurant and bar on the top floor which was playing house music that night. That restaurant has no walls just a railing. The views are wonderful and so was the food and drink. However, I doubt there was a person over thirty in that restaurant, which is open to the pool, and every one could have been a model. At 75 I felt ancient and I doubt I would have felt comfortable showing up in a bathing suit at that pool because I would have had to walk up a flight of open stairs and through the restaurant. The attention we received from all the staff was excellent and the room had a great view but we felt a bit out of place because everyone was so young.

This was an amazing hotel! Incredible breakfast buffet with different traditional Colombian options every day. Our waiter Adolfo Muñoz was extremely attentive and pleasant. He went above & beyond when he took my mom a birthday dessert to our room & sang Happy Birthday to her in Spanish. Best service & hotel I’ve ever experienced. Definitely coming back!

Excellent location, modern hotel with very friendly staff and excellent service

The welcome was very friendly. Room was nice: nothing special but ok. Bed was good. Shower so so (very hot or cold). The rooftop swimming pool looks nice on the pictures but actually nobody swims there since it is part of the bar and quite small. Guests are quite typical: party people overdressed. Staff at breakfast was not very capable. We had to wait long. No yoghurt available (only to drink). At check out we had to wait untill the minibar was checked by rhe staff. Felt a bit strange since we said we didn’t use the minibar.
