We loved this small, very stylish hotel. Beautiful art, great cafe, and lovely staff. Three adults stayed in family room and it was perfect! It was everything you hope for in a boutique hotel. The sweet outdoor cafe’s music stoped around 9:00pm. There were a few other cafes across the street.

Outstanding 5 star Boutique Hotel in Medellin with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this Hotel. Great location. Restaurants nearby and close to Medellin best areas. Overall, a great experience. I booked room 7 with a balcony. Huge room with comfortable King Bed.

This is a great hotel in a quiet street in Poblado, close to all the restaurants and bars. The staff in the hotel were great, very friendly and helpful - always able to offer recommendations or tips to make sure we had good time in Medellín. Room was spacious, clean and decorated very nicely. The room was cleaned each day to high standard. The decor/style of the room and hotel generally is really cool, as is the restaurant next door which does great coffee and food in a nice shaded modern garden. Free water and coffee was provided in the reception and round the clock staffed reception desk which was really helpful. We used the laundry service which was very efficient. This hotel is very reasonably priced for what you get - highly recommended for anyone staying in Medellín.

Our holy grail when traveling is a hotel that provides "everything you need and nothing you don't", and this comes very close. Best to imagine as between a small inn and a B&B. It's well-located, in El Poblado but on a quiet street; aesthetically beautiful, full of art, and friendly; free coffee and tea in the lobby; helpful 24 hour reception; room average size but has a safe, good water pressure, comfy bed. Breakfast is in a small (equally beautiful) outdoor restaurant next door and is a fully served, restaurant-style breakfast with many choices of hot dish, gourmet coffees or fresh-squeezed juice. I agree with some other posters that it would be good if they made it clear that the inclusion with the room is ONE drink (coffee or juice) and you have to pay for the second if you have two; but that's a small quibble. The price is VERY reasonable for what is offered so you can afford to pay for the juice if you want some :)

We stayed here as a group in November 23, as part of our travels around Colombia, and it was the only hotel that did not meet our expectations. It could be described as a concept hotel, but so many of the basics are not being met. While the bedrooms are nice, be prepared that there is NO housekeeping service on Sundays or bank holidays…, which means no clean towels, toilet paper and other basics provided. Breakfast is served outside in a cafe adjoining the main building. Breakfast included means one beverage , either coffee or juice, and one dish. There are provisions for fruit, eggs , pastries etc, but everything is an added charge… no toast, preserves etc. We were very well treated by the receptionist, Ariana, who did her best to make our stay as pleasant as possible, but, given that there are plenty of high quality hotels in Medellin, I find it very hard to recommend this one.

This “hotel” has no bar and no restaurant. It is nothing more than a glorified B&B, but then we come to the “breakfast”. You get a choice of one dish and one drink. Now I will praise the quality of the dishes but having travelled through most of the world for the last twenty years this was the first time I was asked to pay for coffee at breakfast because I had already had the orange juice. It is situated within a short walk to the metro if you want to use that as your transportation.

We loved it. So did family and friends who also stayed here. Quiet location in walking distance to bars, restaurants, parks, metro. Staff and management were so accommodating-couldn’t do enough to try to help with suggestions and directions. So helpful when my sister got sick and they let us stay in our room for an extra night. Beautiful boutique hotel, modern conveniences, beautifully designed with comfy feel. We loved it and would stay again.

Such a beautiful hotel!! The staff is super helpful and friendly, the room is cool and comfortable, there is filtered water and delicious coffee in the lobby, and the location is safe and next to an amazing pizza restaurant! There were also beautiful items to buy from local artists. Absolutely loved our stay here.
