If it's just for sleeping, it's not a problem, it's not bad. The price and facilities are appropriate because it's cheap and comfortable enough, but the sheets are a bit dirty, maybe because the sheets are old. The rest is okay, I don't have many complaints because it's really cheap🤏🏻🤌🏻

I have had the wonderful opportunity to have a 170-day stay at the POP Hotel. The accommodations were comfortable, and the hotel had a great ambience. In addition, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Their warm and welcoming demeanor helped make my stay as comfortable as it was. I am especially grateful for the assistance provided by Mr. Irwan Sunandri, who consistently went above and beyond to address any issues I faced throughout my entire stay. My heartfelt appreciation goes to him and the entire team at POP Hotel. Without their dedication, my prolonged stay would not have been as enjoyable. Stayed here for 17 days big MISTAKE. So where do I start if it was meant to be hot it was cold and if it was meant to be cold it was hot. On occasion we had temped hot water with no pressure. Didn't need to go for the cold breakfast to get coffee because the same colour came out the tap in your room. No information from reception when asking for something to be done, Noisy rooms between inconsiderate TVs blaring, screaming kids & traffic noise what a disaster of a place run down dirty & non smoking rooms well....im not so sure. Aircon struggled on hot humid days rights when you need it Carpet throughout dirty worn stained. Had to change rooms stain on the mattress YUK. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

The house is not too far from the hotel, the location is strategic.. has been here 3 times so far there has been improvement in the food. The room is nice, the wifi is not bad too.. The service is also good. The response is fast..

Budget hotel with a very strategic location in Bekasi, passing by public transport a few trucks to Jakarta, adjacent to Mc Donald and Burger King stores, close to Indomaret minimarket. Standard but a bit dirty (not like hotel 88 in surabaya), unfortunately I got a room that was smoking so it smells bad, although in traveloka reservation clearly says no smoking room. Bathroom accessories are quite complete, do not get drinks in a container bowl, but there is a gallon drinking water in the corridor. Breakfast is minimal once.

The most wonderful vacation! Luxury all the way and SERVICE that you won’t find anywhere else. We were taken to our own private dock by boat upon arrival. Unique place to staycation in the East Jakarta. I stay in Deluxe Room. My room equipped with various facilities, like Wi-Fi, mini bar, hairdryer, working desk and many other. The Wi-Fi connection is also fast, and for the tv cable have international channel. Suprisingly you can enjoy YouTube, Netflix, Disney Hotstar. The bed so comfy and nice place to relax cause so quite. In the other side, a hotel location is strategic cause close to LRT Cawang Station, Transjakarta, and other transportation. And the price is so affordable. Feel curious to stay in other Vasaka Hotel in the next trip!

Staying at Superior Room. Room is compact but clean and comfy. TV needs to be upgraded as the quality of visual is bad (statics). I had to ask for bathroom mat. They didn't provide it. Cool way to serve water, by dispenser in the hallway. Staff were helpful and quick. Thanks a lot!

Its really nice and I got upgraded room for free.. and I got spa voucher from recepcionist. The location is really strategic and easy to find.. They have less number of floor so its faster to get in your room The Room -Really nice,clean,wide, equipped with all the stuff that you need (mineral water, coffee, creamer, refrigator) The bath room -Quite wide and clean + hairdryer is avaiable but the dissapointed thing is the hot water did not run really well (its only warm, not hot as my preference) The Breakfast -A lot of things to choose, from cereal, traditional drink to dessert The Staff -The staff is really helpful & nice. Definetely going to visit this hotel again when I visit cibitung

Been here with friends and colleagues. Located at very near by Taman Mini Indonesia Indah and surrounded by some popular foods tenants and minimarket. Spacious room and furniture has been refurbished but still using the old chair so it doesn’t match. Limited variety of foods at breakfast, the taste and quality also so so. Need some improvement at public areas since this is old hotel and needs maintenance and more attention to details. Another thing was dark parking area at night and very limited security guart at the area . Thank you Santika Taman Mini.. Will comeback to this hotel oneday!
