Good reception despite the congestion. Clean and large room, dim lights. The bathroom is large and clean. A separate bag with towels for visiting the sauna. Good breakfast. The friendly atmosphere was palpable throughout the visit.

Ruhige Lage, freundliches und jederzeit hilfsbereites Personal, barrierearm (Barrieren: grobes Kopfsteinpflaster auf dem Parkgelände und hinunter zum See, Türschwelle ins Zimmer, fehlender Haltegriff im Bad, steile Rame (＞ 4%) ins Restaurant, fehlende Automatiktür ins Zimmer und zum Restaurant). Das ganze Hotel strahlt Ruhe, Freundlichkeit und Professionalität aus. Zum Frühstücksbuffet im Restaurant müssen einige Stufen überwunden werden, es gibt keine Möglichkeit sich nach der Treppe festzuhalten. Das Buffet ist üppig, lecker und vielfältig. Es gibt ohne Aufpreis frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen und divers Kaffees. Sehr lecker. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Speisekarte finde ich im Verhältnis zur Qualität überteuert. Mir haben die Röstaromen gefehlt, ich fand es oft zu salzig (insb. die BBQ-Sauce und Pommes) und die Speisen vor dem Garpunkt bzw. vor dem "Crunch" zubereitet. Kann man essen, für den Preis erwarte ich allerdings mehr.

Ich finde das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage, es ruhig und direkt am See., für Spaziergänge sehr empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer war sauber. Wer aber eine moderne Einrichtung möchte ist in diesem Hotel falsch. Hier wohnt noch der alte Charm. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war reichlich, es war von deftig bis süß alles dabei, sehr lecker. Ich fande es sehr gut.

Das Team des Kurhauses ist, egal ob Zimmerreinigung, Küchenpersonal, Rezeptionisten oder den "Chefs" immer hilfsbereit und mit einem Lächeln bereit und in der Lage, kleinere und größere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Zimmer sind - wie der Rest der Hotleanlage - immer sauber und laden zum Verweilen ein.

Super gelegen am See , die Suite die wir hatte , war der absolute Hammer . Sehr schön im obersten Geschoss gelegen , mit einer Riesen Terrasse und Blick zum See . Das gesamte Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr gut ! Ausreichend und eine gute Auswahl .
