Great hotel for a weekend in Mechelen. Great parking in the Hoofstraat. 300 meters from the hotel. Don't use Google map, but waze, otherwise you'll keep driving in circles.

Het hotel was ietwat verouderd maar verder prima - zeker voor de prijs. Helaas hierdoor ook geen handig gepositioneerde stopcontacten (niet nabij het bed). Het hotel had onze wens voor 2 aparte bedden niet doorgekregen en we kregen daardoor eerst een zeer knusse kamer met tweepersoonsbed. Gelukkig werd dit met gemak omgewisseld naar een mooie ruime kamer met losse bedden.

Awful hotel. Outdated and in great need of an update! Parking is dangerously tight. Do not pay for the breakfast, there are plenty of lovely places in the area to eat. They claim is famous but not sure for what. There is no choice. Food is undercooked, and definitely not worth the money they charge. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Good hotel for a one night stopover, great staff, they were very helpful, good to have car parking on site. But I wouldn’t travel here again in summer as there is no ac in the rooms

Too expensive for service and quality provided No A/C within room !!!!!!! (A/C within coridor and certain room but it seem to be handy made) Capex of coridor very dirty and stink !!!!! Bad odor witihn cordidor Bathroom was dirty (and rest of pils on sink), no shower Room not well insulated from other room and external noise Not recommended for people who are afraid of horror movies. Extremely noisy hotel with very poor soundproofing. Dirty and extremely dilapidated room.

Great personal service Thank you for the opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the two individuals who made my stay at the Minor feel like home. I stayed for business and arrived quite stressed. The receptionist took the time on the phone to guide me through the city center, helping me navigate around a block and eventually find the parking. Upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist's warm welcome quickly alleviated my stress. In the evening, the night porter continued the trend of friendliness. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast had a large selection, many items were unfortunately not fresh. The hotel is in a prime location in the heart of the old town, it is unfortunately showing its age and is in dire need of renovation. The room was very large, but the mattresses were as hard as asphalt and the pillows were unusable. The air conditioning was broken, as was the shower rod. The shower curtain was too long and dirty. The hotel would have been fine for an overnight stay due to its location, but it is not suitable for a longer stay. The value for money was also not right: a double room cost around €120 per night, including breakfast.
