This time not satisfied with my stay. The room was outdated and not cleaned properly. In my opinion faded glory, especially because I have been there twice before and everything was fine then. What bothered me most was the nonchalant manner of the staff at the reception. This is unworthy of a 4* hotel. That there is insufficient parking, I can accept that, but the indifference and the manner of communication were below all standards for 2 days in a row. If you then let them know that you have made several attempts to find a parking space, but that waze does not work well, you only get a short answer...namely use waze. Very customer friendly.
Furthermore, I can be positive about the breakfast and the staff of the breakfast room. These people know what customer friendliness and hospitality stand for.
The maintenance staff present was also very friendly, an example for the people at the reception.
When checking out of the hotel, they ask, as usual, how satisfied I am with my stay. The arrogant and even indignant reaction to my remarks confirms my decision never to come to this hotel again.
A great pity because I have to be in Mechelen regularly for my business.
