The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. I take you a point in the cleaning assessment for using a moquette, not because it was dirt or much less, cleaning is deserved a 5 too, but I know it is vital for people with allergies and other impediments with it. Spent two days in Mechelen and the NH was an excellent choice. Practically in the middle of town and walkable to almost everywhere. Would stay again. Quiet clean and the guys at the desk were very friendly and helpful.

Got a corner room on 1+ floor. It was beautiful. Breakfast was all anyone could dream of. Bring a sleep mask to avoid light in the morning. Everything was clean. The bad was good, not too hard. I loved the high ceiling. The pictures will convince you.

We went there several times but this last time was a terrible experience!!! In my experience hotels such as the Holiday Inn Airport Brussels are few and far between. They were prompt, efficient, had answers to all our questions, and catered to our whims. The lobby/main floor caters to the comforts of their guests with a lounge area, bar area, restaurant area, and an outdoor area. The breakfast and dinner was superb (I had the salmon for dinner). Perhaps an improvement could be made to the three slight level differences in the room as it would be safer for those who are a bit wobbly on their feet.
